2012 Dinner

The Seventeenth Anniversary Dinner will recognize Beth Newlands Campbell for her leadership in the community and the impact it has had in furthering access to justice.

The Dinner will be held on Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at 5:30pm at the Holiday Inn by the Bay in Portland, ME.

Beth Newlands Campbell exemplifies the positive impact strong leadership has in our community. As the President of Hannaford, Maine’s largest employer, she has supported many initiatives that promote equality and wellbeing.

Her commitment to improving our community has also led her to serve on the boards of several non profits and she has encouraged other Hannaford executives in similar activities, including support for legal services. As the chair of United Way of Greater Portland’s 2008 campaign, she used her leadership skills to raise funds for nearly 40 local charities, including several legal services programs.

Proceeds from the dinner are used to support the work of the Cumberland Legal Aid Clinic, Immigrant Legal Advocacy Project, Legal Services for the Elderly, Maine Equal Justice, Pine Tree Legal Assistance and the Volunteer Lawyers Project.
